Product delivery time
Products that are in stock will be shipped within 2 to 7 business days from the date of your order.
Handling of defective products
Please be sure to check the product when it arrives.
In the following cases, we will exchange/return the item if it is unused/unworn within 7 days of receiving the item.
・If the product you applied for and the product you received are different.
・If there is an initial defect such as damage or dirt, please return the item.
・Please contact us so that we can confirm whether or not you would like to exchange the item.
Please note that we cannot accept returns for products that have passed more than 8 days from the date of delivery.
About returns
